Certification

We support clients in setting up certification requirements to recognize the competencies of their Green, Black and Master Black Belts.

A Lean Six Sigma certification will confirm that an employee has completed the training programme, passed a knowledge exam and has led one or two successful Lean Six Sigma projects with a minimum financial return.

Certification can benefit both goals of the organisation and its employees, as it will:
